We collect information you provide when creating an account, including caregiver profile information (name, email address, phone number, profile photo, address or ZIP code, work experience, availability, skills, resumes, and any licenses or certifications you choose to upload), employer profile information (facility name, contact person, business address, phone number, and email), platform activity (shift postings, applications, messages, ratings, reviews, saved items, and login history), and technical information (IP address, browser or device type, operating system, app version, cookies, local storage, and secure device storage where applicable).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and manage accounts, match caregivers with healthcare facilities, recommend nearby shifts, facilitate communication, process payments when enabled, send transactional notifications, improve our matching algorithms, detect fraud, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Who We Share It With
We may share information with healthcare facilities and caregivers to facilitate hiring, cloud hosting providers, payment processors, mapping services, email and SMS providers, and government authorities when required by law. CareLynk360 does not sell personal information to third parties.
4. Patient Health Information (PHI)
CareLynk360 is a healthcare staffing marketplace and is not intended to store, process, or transmit patient medical records or Protected Health Information (PHI). Users should not upload, transmit, or include PHI in profiles, resumes, messages, certifications, shift descriptions, or other Platform content. Healthcare facilities remain responsible for complying with HIPAA and all applicable privacy laws.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, withdraw marketing consent, or submit a privacy complaint. CareLynk360 will respond within applicable legal timeframes, generally within 30–45 days where required.
6. Data Retention
Account information is retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward where required by law. Messages, applications, and support records are retained only as long as necessary for business or legal purposes. Anonymous or aggregated information may be retained for analytics.
7. Security
CareLynk360 uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest where supported, secure authentication, password hashing, and access controls designed to protect personal information.
8. Children's Privacy
CareLynk360 is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International Data Transfers
CareLynk360 stores and processes information in the United States. By using the Platform from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website may use cookies and local storage to maintain sessions and improve user experience. Our mobile applications may use secure device storage and notification tokens. Additional analytics technologies will be disclosed if implemented.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through email, in-app notifications, or by posting the revised policy on our website.
