How are caregivers vetted?
Every caregiver uploads their license, certifications, and any current background-check report to their profile — verified copies earn a badge visible on the caregiver card. Most facilities also run their own background screen when they shortlist a caregiver as part of their standard hiring process. Two-way reviews from prior facilities give you the lived-experience signal that document checks alone can’t.
What if a caregiver no-shows?
You already have the other four matched caregivers from the same shift in your list — reach out to a backup right away instead of waiting on a recruiter callback. Leave the no-show a review so their reliability signal is visible to the next facility that matches with them.
How does pay flow — do I pay caregivers directly or through CareLynk360?
Our pricing and payment-flow model is being finalized with healthcare-staffing employment counsel. We’ll never lock you into a flow that conflicts with your existing payroll or compliance setup.
What states do you operate in?
CareLynk360 is rolling out market-by-market, starting in major Texas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, and Colorado metros. If your facility is outside these markets, you can still post a shift — we’ll match against the nearest active caregiver pool and tell you honestly if coverage is thin in your area.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No annual contract. Our plans are billed monthly — Standard $199 for one shift and 5 matches, Premium $399 for three shifts and up to 15 matches. Nothing auto-renews.
