Why CareLynk360 for CNAs
Three things CNAs tell us matter more than anything else on a per-diem marketplace.
No agency markup on your pay
Facilities post the actual rate they will pay. The number on the shift is the number that hits your account — we never skim a per-hour fee off the top.
Facilities find you, not the other way around
Build your profile once — certifications, availability, ZIP, day-rate range. When a nearby facility posts a shift, our matching engine ranks you against every other CNA and surfaces the top 5 to them. If you're a fit, they message you directly.
Verified facilities, two-way reviews
Every facility on CareLynk360 is verified before they can post. After each shift you review them and they review you — bad actors do not get a second chance.
Frequently asked
Specific to Certified Nursing Assistants on the CareLynk360 marketplace.
Do I need to commit to a minimum number of shifts per week?
No. You control your availability with a single toggle — flip "available now" on when you want to be matched to shifts, off when you don't. Some CNAs work one shift a month, others work 40+ hours a week. Your call.
How fast do I get paid after a shift?
Payment timing is set by the facility posting the shift — they list their pay terms upfront, and you can highlight your own preferred pay cadence in your profile. Most facilities on CareLynk360 pay within 7 days of a completed shift.
Do I need my own malpractice or liability insurance?
For most CNA shifts, the facility carries the liability coverage for the duties you are performing on-site. Confirm the specific arrangement with the facility when they reach out — some independent-contractor arrangements may require your own coverage.
