Does CareLynk360 verify my nursing license for me?
Add your license number and a copy of your state-board verification to your profile — facilities can see it on file when they’re matched to you and typically re-verify it against the state board or Nursys as part of their standard hiring process.
Can I be matched to shifts in a state where I hold a compact license?
Yes. If your primary state of residency is part of the Nurse Licensure Compact, list the compact states on your profile — CareLynk360 will match you to shifts in every state you’re licensed in without a separate profile per state.
Are there travel or assignment-length minimums?
No. CareLynk360 is per-diem and local first — most shifts are single 8-, 10-, or 12-hour blocks at a facility within your commute. Facilities that want multi-week blocks post those explicitly and reach out to the caregivers who fit.
How do cancellations work?
Cancellation terms are set by the facility posting the shift — some post a same-day-cancel fee, others don’t. Ask the facility about their cancellation policy in your first chat so there are no surprises.
What you need to start getting matched
- Active RN license in the state of the shift (or active compact license)
- Current BLS / CPR certification
- ACLS, PALS, or specialty-specific certifications as required by the shift
- Minimum 1 year of acute-care or specialty experience for most shifts
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Background check + drug screen — upload recent reports if you have them; facilities typically run their own when they shortlist you
